We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our exchanges and returns policy carefully before making a request.

Overview

Studio Scale Statues is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We facilitate exchanges and returns in accordance with European consumer protection regulations. Please review the conditions below before initiating a return or exchange.

14-Day Return Window

After receiving your product, you have up to 14 calendar days to notify us of your intention to return it. This period begins from the day you receive the item. To initiate a return, please contact us through our customer service channels — email, chat, or phone — before the 14-day period expires.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • 1You must have your invoice or order number — we require this information to process any return.
  • 2The product must be in its original condition — unopened, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
  • 3The product must include all original accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.
  • 4Items purchased from third-party retailers or other websites are not eligible for return through Studio Scale Statues.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, you have up to two months from the date you detect the defect to notify us through our customer service channels. In your communication, please provide a detailed description of the defect or non-conformity identified, along with photographic evidence if possible.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will carry out a technical inspection to verify the reported issue. If the defect is confirmed, we will remedy the situation through repair, replacement, or refund — in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If our inspection reveals signs of improper use, damage from falls or impacts, natural phenomena, or any other factor not attributable to a manufacturing defect, the warranty will not apply. In such cases, you may still request a repair, but any associated costs will be billed to you.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • If you have any questions about assembling or displaying your statue, contact us first before proceeding — improper assembly may void your return eligibility.
  • Keep all product packaging — we cannot process exchanges or returns without the original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
  • Customs duties, import fees, or taxes incurred during original shipping are non-refundable.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that fall under any of the following conditions:

  • Product without invoice or order number
  • Products purchased from retailers other than Studio Scale Statues
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products showing signs of use, improper handling, damage from falls or impacts, or alteration from original condition
  • Products with evidence of third-party repair attempts

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases where the item arrived defective or damaged).
